1.Chores
Don't be afraid to do work around the house. It beats sitting and is good for burning calories and preventing swelling. There is still plenty you can do while pregnant, and throughout your pregnancy. Just be sure to avoid heavy lifting or doing more than you're comfortable with doing at one time.
2.Swimming
Swimming is one of the best excersies you can do while pregnant. It's low impact, provides a cardio workout and is meditative. You can swim laps, or find a water aerobics class at your local gym, or just swim around the pool. As long as you're kicking your legs and moving your arms, raising your heart rate, you are giving your body a good workout.
3.Get Off Your Seat Often
Working in an office can wreak havoc on the body, not to mention the pregnant body. Sitting all day not only causes a negative calorie burn, it also can cause water retention and swelling in pregnant woman. Try to get up out of your seat as often as possible throughout the day.
4.Drink Plenty of Water
Hydrating the body during pregnancy is important. Since our bodies are made up of mostly water, it is essential to stay hydrated. Add a little one to the mix and it becomes even more important. If you are working out, make sure to take a bottle of water with you to avoid dehydration.
5.Get A Fitbit
Fitbit is a great tool for tracking your activity during the day, and your sleep at night. You can look at it and know instantly if you've been too sedentary that day, and will be able to up the ante the next day. The key to staying fit is knowing your routine, and making adjustments to increase your calorie expenditure.
6.Light Weights
Even while pregnant, weight resistance training is great for your body. Using light weights that don't put pressure on your pelvic region, is not only safe, but highly effective in shedding pounds and staying fit. A body at rest with a higher percentage of muscle, burns more fat than one that has a higher fat ratio.
7.Meditate
Meditation is the single most effective way to keep your mind and body fit during pregnancy. Even if you can manage to meditate for ten to twenty minutes a few days a week, you will be doing your body good. Taking time for yourself, to free your mind and destress is worth everything to you and your baby.

8.Eat Healthy
Eating healthy is the number one way to stay fit during pregnancy. Stay away from sugary and starchy foods, and instead go for lean protein, complex carbs and fruit. These are the building blocks of a healthy body, and your baby is taking its nutrients from you. So your diet packs a double whammy.
9.Stairclimber
The stairclimber is an excellent way for pregnant women to stay fit. It's low impact but a great way to burn calories and fat. A healthy pregnant woman is allowed to raise her heartbeat, in fact it does the body good. Only do as much as you feel comfortable doing.

Pilates is another great way to stay fit during pregnancy. Like yoga is stretches the body, but with the addition of resistance, you tone muscle and burn more calories. A win-win, for your body and mind, not to mention the health benefits to your little bean who reaps the benefits of a healthy mother.
11.Yoga
Yoga is one of the most beneficial practices you can do, pregnant or not. However, during pregnancy, yoga is an excellent way to destress the body, stretch ligaments and muscles, and detox your insides. All of this is great for you and for your growing baby inside. A healthy body equals a healthy baby.

Walking is a great way to stay fit during pregnancy. It's low impact, gets your heart rate up, uses your muscles, and if you do it outside, gets fresh air into your lungs. It's also a great way to escape your day, let your mind wander, and give yourself a little "me" time.
